Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products and services by JPX Gadget Tech Sdn Bhd (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the customer (“you,” “your”). We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that product details, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur due to display differences or manufacturer updates. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment if stock is unavailable or payment is not received. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund where necessary.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include SST unless stated otherwise. Payments must comply with our Payment Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service. JPX Gadget Tech is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

7. Warranty and Repairs

All new devices are covered under manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. JPX Gadget Tech is not liable for repair delays or outcomes determined by authorised service centres.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, income, or profits resulting from the use of or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product purchased.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
